Duties and responsibilities include: Managing daily operations including staff scheduling, workflow, and customer service.
Leading and supervising the team to maintain high service standards.
Overseeing inventory and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
Improving efficiency through process upgrades, quality control, and staff development.
Managing store operations including staff supervision and customer service.
Handling stock control, merchandising, and store presentation.
Training staff on work procedures and operational requirements.
Ensuring smooth POS operations, accurate cash handling, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Leading store operations by executing, coordinating, and supervising operational procedures.




Achieving financial objectives through budget preparation, expenditure planning, and financial analysis.
Identifying customer requirements, provided services, and handled inquiries and complaints.
Maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards across the workplace, ensuring all work areas and facilities were kept clean and well maintained.
Ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and maintained a safe working workplace.
Applicants must have: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a retail manager At least a relevant AQF or equivalent Diploma of Business Detailed and up-to-date knowledge of all manuals and procedures related to retail management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain accurate records and monitor stock levels, cleaning supplies, consumables, and equipment Ability to ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures A salary of $79,500 + super will be offered to the successful candidate.
