Job Description
Peabody is seeking a Housing Skills Trainer to deliver high-quality Housing apprenticeship programmes and support learners to gain required knowledge, skills and behaviours. You will manage about 40 apprentices, delivering teaching, coaching and tailored support to maximise progression.

Role involves planning sessions in classroom/online/workplace, developing resources and preparing learners for EPA, with emphasis on safeguarding and positive learner experience.
