Job Description
Merlin Entertainments is seeking a high-impact Guest Excellence Manager to lead guest-facing operations at Sydney Tower Eye. You will oversee Admissions, Ticketing, VR, Security, Skywalk, and Guest Experience, ensuring safety, service quality and world-class experiences for visitors.
