We're seeking an experienced operational leader to join our Training team as a Franchise Support Trainer. This is a unique opportunity to combine your hospitality expertise, coaching skills, and passion for developing people while playing a key role in supporting Company Owned stores and Franchise Partners across Australia.
n
Working closely with the Head of Training, you'll deliver engaging training programs, support store openings and ownership transitions, and partner with Franchise Partners to help them build successful businesses.
n
About the Role
n
As the Franchise Support Trainer, you will:
n
n
Delivering The Coffee Club New Franchisee Training Program and ensuring all training requirements and competencies are achieved.
n
Supporting current store openings, resales and franchise ownership transitions across the network.
n
Coaching Franchise Partners and their teams on operational excellence, compliance, food safety and customer experience standards.
n
Delivering engaging training both face-to-face and remotely.
n
Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of training resources and learning materials.
n
Supporting leadership capability through coaching, mentoring and Train-the-Trainer initiatives.
n
Building strong relationships with Franchise Partners, store teams and key support office stakeholders to drive long-term business success.
n
Championing The Coffee Club Learning & Development Framework and reinforcing best-practice operational standards across the network.
n

About You
n
You are a credible hospitality leader who enjoys coaching others and helping businesses succeed. You build strong relationships, communicate confidently and can adapt your approach to suit different audiences and environments.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Experience in franchise operations, multi-site operations, learning and development, or a comparable operational support role of a food retail business.
n
Strong operational knowledge within hospitality, food retail or franchising.
n
Exceptional communication, facilitation and coaching skills.
n
The ability to influence and build credibility with a diverse range of stakeholders.
n
Strong problem-solving capability and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
n
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
A passion for developing people and driving operational excellence.
n
A solid understanding of food safety, compliance and business performance drivers.
n
Flexibility to travel regularly throughout Australia and occasionally internationally.
n
n
Experience within The Coffee Club network or a similar franchise environment will be highly regarded.
