About the role:

This is a leadership role where your decisions directly shape the performance and reputation of the used vehicle department at Frizelle Sunshine Automotive.

Your day-to-day will include:
n
n
Managing the full used vehicle operation, from stock acquisition and pricing through to final delivery, giving you real end-to-end ownership of outcomes
n
Leading, coaching, and developing a sales team so that individual growth translates into consistent department results
n
Setting and tracking sales targets, gross profit goals, and unit volumes to keep the team focused and motivated
n
Building strong appraisal and buying strategies that keep your stock fresh, competitively priced, and turning efficiently
n
Collaborating with the finance and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from inquiry to handover
n
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity so the department stays ahead rather than reactive
n

About You:
n
You are a proven automotive sales leader who knows how to build a culture where people perform because they want to, not because they have to.

More about you:
n
n
Demonstrated experience managing a used vehicle department or leading an automotive sales team at a senior level
n
A strong grasp of vehicle appraisal, stock management,



and wholesale buying that comes from time spent on the floor
n
Comfortable reading financials and using performance data to guide decisions and conversations with your team
n
A current Queensland driver's licence and a motor dealer licence, or the eligibility to obtain one
n
Clear communicator who builds trust with customers and colleagues alike
n
