Felons Seafood is looking for a Floor Manager to join our team at Manly Wharf.
n
As Floor Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the venue, leading the front-of-house team and ensuring service is delivered to a consistently high standard. You'll be responsible for coordinating the floor, supporting the team through busy services and creating an exceptional experience for every guest.
n
This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll be responsible for overseeing service and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and professionally.
n
You'll work closely with the General Manager, kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and a seamless service from start to finish.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team throughout service
n
Keep the floor running smoothly during busy periods
n
Deliver an exceptional guest experience from arrival through to farewell
n
Support the Venue Manager with day-to-day operations
n
Coach, develop and inspire team members
n
Manage reservations, guest requests and service flow
n
Maintain high standards across service, presentation and venue operations
n
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with confidence
n
Assist with opening and closing procedures
n
Help create a positive, energetic and inclusive team culture
n

What we're looking for:
n
n
Previous experience in a Floor Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor or similar hospitality leadership role
n




Robust knowledge of restaurant operations and service
n
Excellent communication and people skills
n
The ability to lead a team while jumping in and getting your hands dirty when needed
n
A calm, confident approach during busy services
n
A genuine passion for creating great guest experiences
n
Strong attention to detail and high service standards
