Job Description

Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair and install dock and door equipment.
n
Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer dock and door equipment.
n
Perform welding.
n
Maintain a service van and its inventory.
n
Process paperwork after completion of each job.
n
Provide local customer support as part of Crown Equipment Corporation's global sales and service network.
n

Requirements
n
n
Less than 2 years related experience
n
High school diploma or equivalent
n
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
n
Legally authorized to work in the United States
n
Technical school graduate preferred.
n
Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
n
Welding experience.
n
Valuable written and verbal communication and customer care skills.
n
Read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics
n
Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand.
n
