Our Redbank site is a fully automated, air-conditioned distribution centre at the forefront of logistics innovation.
Here, you'll work with cutting-edge systems in a fast-moving environment - supported by a team that values safety, collaboration,

The Opportunity
As an Operator Maintainer (OM), you'll play a key role in keeping our automated systems running at peak performance.
This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same - you'll monitor systems, troubleshoot faults, and work closely with maintenance teams to keep operations on track.
What You'll Be Doing
Follow all safety procedures and protocols including safe manual handling practices
Monitor and operate automated material handling systems
Identify, diagnose, and resolve faults efficiently and safely
Use logical problem-solving to troubleshoot technical issues
Work at heights of up to 30 metres (with full training and safety equipment)
Support high standards of housekeeping and site cleanliness
Collaborate with team members to optimise system performance
What You Bring

You'll succeed if you have:
A strong focus on safety and attention to detail
A practical, hands-on mindset with good problem-solving ability
Interest in automation, mechanics, or technology
The ability to work well in a team workplace
Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
Physical capability to walk, climb, and lift up to 25kg
Confidence working at heights
