Tennis Australia is seeking a Programs Lead to drive delivery and growth of our key participation initiatives, with a solid focus on children and youth. Working with the Youth Programs Manager, you will lead project delivery and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are planned, implemented and evaluated for impact.
You will set program direction, manage timelines and budgets, build relationships with clubs, coaches and volunteers, and uphold data integrity across platforms.
