St George's campus in Kew seeks a Social Worker to join the Older Adult Community Mental Health team (APATT).
You will provide psychiatric assessment and treatment in a recovery-focused framework within a multidisciplinary team, visiting clients at home and in community settings.
Applicants require Bachelor of Social Work and eligibility for AASW; experience in psychiatry/aged care is preferred.
Monday–Friday, based at St George's, Kew, with salary range $92,944–$106,834 per annum pro rata.
