The Operations Manager will lead the site's safety, pool plant maintenance, and day-to-day operations, guiding both aquatic and non‐aquatic teams from day one.You'll oversee risk assessments, water quality, EAPs, and staff scheduling, while building a positive culture and ensuring a welcoming, secure, and compliant centre for the community.
