You will coordinate job bookings, translate mechanic feedback into explicit service reports, and ensure a high-quality customer experience from drop-off to delivery.The role requires 5+ years in a service-advisor front-of-house role, experience with trucks/heavy diesel, and strong communication and organisation skills.
