No prior experience is required, as we provide training and development to help you grow in your career.Key ResponsibilitiesClient CareDeliver care in line with best practice, legislative requirements, and company policies.Support clients to maintain personal skills, hobbies, and independence.Follow individual Care Plans and report any changes in client needs to Senior Carers, Nurses, or Managers.Promote and safeguard the welfare of all clients.Encourage clients' connections with family, friends, and the local community.Teamwork & CollaborationBuild solid working relationships with colleagues and multi-disciplinary teams.Communicate effectively to ensure seamless, high-quality care.Support clients' relationships with people important to them, if desired.Professional Development & LeadershipMaintain up-to-date knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.Act as a role model for other carers and demonstrate professional, polite, and reasonable conduct at all times.Personal ResponsibilitiesWork in accordance with Fundamental Standards and regulatory frameworks,
