As Venue Manager, you will take ownership of the daily operation of the venue, ensuring service, people, presentation and commercial performance are consistently delivered to a high standard.

wastage and inventory controlsSupport revenue growth and identify opportunities to improve venue performanceEnsure compliance with RSA, food safety, WHS and company policiesAbout youPrevious experience as a Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Venue Manager or similar hospitality leadership roleStrong food and beverage operational knowledgeDemonstrated experience leading and developing teamsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise during busy service periodsCommercial awareness, including labour, stock and cost managementA hands‐on leadership style and willingness to work alongside your teamA solid understanding of hospitality compliance and safety requirementsCurrent RSA and relevant management qualifications/licences, or the ability to obtain them
