Working across PEXA—including Product, Technology, Regulatory, Finance and Operations—you'll bring teams together to map processes, identify control gaps and design practical improvements.
The focus will be on simplifying controls, reducing manual effort, introducing automation and improving how controls are monitored.The role also partners closely with process owners, control owners and senior leaders to translate regulatory obligations into controls that work in practice.
This means listening, constructively challenging existing approaches and helping teams embed sustainable changes into their day-to-day work.About the roleYou will bring capability in:End-to-end process mapping, redesign and controls transformationBusiness process and technology control designControls automation,
