main works ramping from January ****.This builder is investing in where construction is heading, VR site visualisation, AI-assisted code lookup on site, a live modular pipeline, and you'd be one of the first PMs shaping how that gets used on a project this scale.What you'll need:Proven PM experience on mid to high-rise residential or mixed-use, full lifecycle to PCStrong RC frame, podium and facade know-how, backed by real commercial chops (claims, variations, subbie management)Solid grip on QLD WHS and principal contractor obligations, comfortable in Procore or BuildPass
