trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships and bequests as well as contributing to organisation wide strategy.
Leading a high-performing team and managing a personal portfolio of major donors and strategic partners, you will play a vital role in securing the funding required to expand the Foundation's impact.
This is an opportunity for a strategic yet hands-on fundraising leader who enjoys building influential relationships, creating compelling funding opportunities and delivering meaningful social impact through philanthropy and partnerships.Lead and execute the Foundation's philanthropy and partnership growth strategyWork closely with program and executive leaders to identify fundable opportunitiesDrive revenue growth across major gifts, trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships and bequestsCultivate, secure and steward major donors and philanthropic funders and expand strategic corporate partnershipsDevelop compelling cases for support,



funding proposals and support major campaigns and fundraising initiativesSkills & Experience RequiredYou are an accomplished fundraising leader with success securing significant philanthropic investment and building long-term strategic partnerships.
You have a combination of strategic thinking, commercial acumen and exceptional relationship-building capability.
You may currently work within a major charity, university, hospital, or sophisticated fundraising environment and are motivated by the opportunity to lead a successful and growing program.You will also have:Experience in managing major gifts, philanthropy, trusts and foundations, and or corporate partnershipsDeveloped and managed donor pipelines and moves management strategiesOutstanding stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skillsStrategic planning, budgeting and revenue forecasting experienceStrong collaborative leadership style, with the ability to mentor, support and grow a teamThe Alannah and Madeline Foundation is a child safe setting.
