Full time permanent opportunity, RPN3Clarendon Clinic - East Melbourne locationAbout the RoleBased at our Clarendon Clinic, which is centrally located and close to multiple public transport routes, this is a great opportunity to increase your skills in community mental health.You will provide a high standard of clinical assessment, treatment and support to consumers of the St. Vincent's integrated adult MHS and their careers, demonstrating excellence in discipline specific and recovery-focused case management skillsYou will join a dynamic community mental health team operating under a recovery-oriented model of care, utilising the Strengths Model of Case Management.Work within the Strengths Model of recovery orientated practiceBuild a therapeutic alliance with the consumer and family/carers and actively engage them in the planning, delivery and evaluation of their careUndertake the assessment, provision of treatment and delivery of targeted interventions to consumers with complex mental health related needs and their family/carers in line with the Mental Health & Wellbeing Act ****, SVMH policies and strategic directionClassifications for this position will range from RPN Grade 3 NP81 - NP74 ($107,546 - $119,438 per annum pro rata)Your ContributionDivision 3 or Division 1 Nurse with Psychiatric Endorsement from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Post Graduate Nursing in Mental Health qualifications required for nurses and at least 3 years post qualification within the mental health fieldExperience in the provision of assessment,
