Job responsibilities:
Provide general medication information to clinical teams within scope and policy.
Monitor for potential medication interactions or dosing concerns and escalate as needed.
Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
Document interventions and communications in the pharmacy system as required.
Prepare and dispense medications within scope and maintain accurate documentation.
