We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our rapidly expanding self-storage portfolio.
We have an opening for a Facility Manager working Full Time across several of our Melbourne Metro Facilities (inner Melbourne and Eastern Suburbs).
KeyDuties include:
Driving sales performance
Delivering excellence in customer service
Effective management of Facilities including Business Hub services
Maintaining high quality presentation standards
Skills and requirements:
Customer service, sales, retail / bulky goods industry, logistics, small business experience (beneficial)
Polite manner, friendly and confidence with face-to-face customer service
Comfortable working withKPIsand are results-driven

About you:
Suitable candidates will have experience in some areas of sales and customer service, retail bulky goods, small business and logistics; strong communication skills with history of positive customer repour; provenorganisational, system, administration skills and the ability to work both cooperatively within a team and autonomously as required.
