Kardex ANZ is seeking an experienced local Marketing Specialist to lead and drive the marketing function in our Australia and New Zealand organization.
The role will be a business partner to the local business units through the planning and execution of an effective Marketing Plan, both on and offline.
We're looking for someone equally comfortable behind a digital campaign as they are running a great customer event, a marketer who knows how to build a nurturing program and knows how to throw a party people actually want to be at.
He/she will be an energetic, organized, data & KPI driven person.
Position to be based in Sydney, Australia.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital & Content
Create content briefed from Sales insights and customer conversations, written and structured for SEO, then promote it across owned channels (blog, LinkedIn, EDM).
Support execution of nurturing programs and digital campaigns in HubSpot, working alongside the regional digital/search specialist on SEO and paid search performance.
Own day-to-day social media content and posting for the local market, keeping a consistent voice across on- and offline touchpoints.
Produce case studies from field visits and customer openings in collaboration with Sales and Regional MarCom, from raw footage/interview through to a finished asset.
Create local written content and stories for on- and offline media, adapted for the ANZ market.
Deliver KPI and data-driven reporting on content and digital activity leveraging HubSpot and Salesforce.
Events & field
Support customer and industry events and exhibitions, growing from small local activations toward larger trade shows over time, with agency/vendor support for major exhibitions like CeMAT.
Own and manage the local events budget, tracking spend and reporting against it.
Coordinate pre-event promotion (landing pages, invites, social, EDM)

and post-event follow-up in partnership with Sales.
Travel to customer site openings and milestone events, coordinating with our video/photo vendor to capture footage and case study material on location.
Assist with event logistics and on-site delivery, with the expectation of taking on more ownership as experience builds.
Stakeholder Management, Sales & Service Support
Provide data-driven insights to Regional MarCom and senior stakeholders, with regular updates and reporting against KPIs and action plans.
Own and grow the local network in the logistics/industrial sectors through content and field presence.
Follow up on content and campaign leads until handover to Sales.
Own lead management in the CRM system (Salesforce).
Leadership
Work closely with peers in a matrix organization of small-to-mid-size teams.
Advise internal business partners and act on eye level.
Contribute ideas, participate in projects/initiatives, and help introduce change across multiple locations and functions.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Work Experience
University degree in digital marketing, marketing, communications, business studies, management, or a related field, with proven work experience as a marketing qualified.
3-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, with strong hands‐on content creation and digital campaign execution.
Solid content and digital instincts,

someone who can spot a good story in a customer conversation and knows how to structure and promote it.
Effective communicator with an audience-first mindset.
Able to demonstrate, through a specific past example (not a self‐description), that they can own a project end to end under time pressure.
Comfortable being accountable for a budget, not just executing against one set by someone else.
Self-motivated, thrives in a high‐performance team environment, thinks outside the box, and initiates recent ideas.
Passionate and driven marketing practitioner, proactive, eager to learn, and wants to make a difference as part of a larger global/regional team.
Willing and able to grow into event execution with support, rather than arriving fully formed in it.
Ability to influence change across multiple locations, functions, and organizations.
Behaviors required to perform this role
Highly organized, able to juggle multiple workstreams and priorities without losing sight of deadlines.
Open-minded and curious, brings fresh thinking rather than defaulting to "how it's always been done."
Moves quickly from idea to execution, comfortable testing rather than over-planning.
Willing to try new things and pivot fast when it's not landing.
Contributes to a positive, energizing team culture, doesn't take themselves too seriously while still getting the work done.
Your profile
Working with Kardex Automated storage solutions are high-tech.
The basis for this is our genuine high-quality work from our own production sites, the skills of our specialists in planning, production, and assembly, as well as the innovative spirit of our engineers from research and development.
For years, we have been developing solutions in the areas of Industry 4.0 and digitalization to offer our customers an excellent all-around service.
