Thisis a fantastic opportunity to join our highly regarded Work and Road team on a Full Time basis, basedin our Sunshine office.
You will step into a well-established practice with astrong referral network, loyal client base, and excellent mentoring support.The role offers high quality matters, genuine autonomy, and the chance to makea meaningful impact for injured clients during some of the most challengingmoments of their lives.
You will manage a diverse personal injury caseload across workers compensationand motor vehicle accident matters, working closely with senior lawyers and a supportive team who are passionate about achieving outstanding results.Alongside your legal work, you will play an active role in strengtheningcommunity relationships and building new referral networks, helping to growboth your profile and the practice.
Whatyou'll do
Manage a portfolio of workers compensation andmotor vehicle accident matters from initial instruction through toresolution
Deliver clear, practical and compassionatelegal advice that puts clients at ease
Develop tailored legal strategies to achievestrong commercial and client outcomes
Build trusted relationships with clients,referrers,
and internal stakeholders
Contribute to business development initiativesand community engagement
Work collaboratively within a high performingand supportive team environment
What will you bring?
Youwill bring a genuine passion for plaintiff personal injury law, paired withstrong technical foundations and a client first mindset.
You will haveexperience managing matters end to end, delivering clear and empathetic advice,and confidently negotiating outcomes for your clients.
You will enjoy buildingrelationships, both with clients and referrers, and thrive in a collaborative,fast paced setting.
You will be proactive, commercially aware, andmotivated by achieving great results while making a meaningful difference inpeople's lives.
Tobe eligible for this position, you must be an Australian citizen, a permanentresident, or hold a valid visa with full and unrestricted working rights inAustralia.
Proof of work rights will be required as part of the Slater andGordon application process.
