What You'll Be Doing
Lead the planning and delivery of recent product development projects from concept through to launch for the Yates AU Home and Gardens portfolio
Manage the NPD portfolio, timelines, priorities, risks and dependencies
Strengthen stage-gate governance and ensure projects meet key decision milestones
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, R&D;, Supply, Regulatory and Commercial
Provide senior leaders with clear portfolio updates, insights and recommendations
Facilitate project reviews, stage-gate meetings and portfolio governance forums
Incorporate sustainability considerations into relevant product development initiatives

What We're Looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related discipline with demonstrated experience leading large-scale, commercially viable innovation or new product development projects
Strong knowledge of NPD, stage gate and portfolio management processes
Excellent planning skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple complex timelines and competing priorities
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes
A proactive approach to identifying risks, dependencies and delivery challenges
Confidence using digital workflow tools, project systems or portfolio management platforms
A strong sense of ownership, accountability and commitment to delivery
