Roles and responsibilities
Managing customer service and repair requirements in a professional and timely manner
Coordinating workshop bookings to ensure efficient utilisation
Providing regular customer updates and maintaining strong relationships
Accurately preparing and costing invoices in line with company standards
Supporting workshop productivity and service performance targets
Participating in ongoing manufacturer and internal training programs
To be successful in this role
Experience in a similar customer-facing or Service Advisor role
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Strong organisational and time management skills
Solid computer literacy (MS Office and dealership systems desirable)
A proactive, motivated and customer-focused mindset
A current and valid driver's licence
