The role:
Join a dynamic team delivering high-quality, culturally sensitive alcohol and other drugs (AOD) services in remote communities.
Supportservice delivery in Tennant Creek and surrounding areas within a multidisciplinary team, offering timely, culturally appropriate mental health and substance use services, while providing leadership and mentoring to dedicated professionals.
Requirements:
Social Work Degree & AASW registration
Extensive experience in clinical services related to mental health and substance use
Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal culture and effective work with diverse backgrounds
Strong communication, leadership and supervision skills
Ability to manage a high-volume, complex workload
Police Check and Ochre Card required
