We are looking for a full-time senior personal injury lawyer who will be responsible for managing a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters, delivering high-quality legal advice and representation to clients who have suffered injury or loss.
Reporting to a Partner, the role involves handling claims from initial instruction through to resolution, advocating for clients' rights, and achieving favourable outcomes while maintaining exceptional client care.
The case load will consist of motor vehicle accident claims, public liability claims, and WorkCover claims in the Queensland jurisdiction.Key responsibilitiesManage a caseload of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, public liability and other compensation claimsConduct initial client consultations and assess liability, quantum, and prospects of successDevelop and implement case strategies under Partner guidancePrepare and lodge claims in accordance with relevant legislation and timeframesGather evidence including medical reports, expert opinions, witness statements and employment recordsDraft legal documents, correspondence,
