This full time role leads the QUM program, overseeing the hospital formulary and related approvals while guiding QUM initiatives across SVHS and affiliated services.The role requires an AHPRA-registered pharmacist with strong clinical judgement, leadership experience, and the ability to work on-call and weekends as rostered.
