In your role as an Educator

A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)A current Working with Children CheckFull Australian working rightsA warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learningConfidence connecting with children, families, and the communityTwo professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
