Build your knowledge, grow your career and be part of shaping Noẽma's wine experience from the ground up.The Ideal Candidate:Demonstrated experience as Head Sommelier or Assistant Head SommelierExtensive knowledge of wine, new and old worldPassion for the wine industryStrong understanding of management practicesDemonstrated experience in leading high‐performing teams and exceeding targetsExceptional service skills and guest focusedExperience with stock control and inventory management is advantageousMust be up-to-date with industry trendsHighly adaptable and able to perform in high‐pressure service periodsProven ability in building effective relationshipsOrganisational and time management skillsExceptional communication and presentationFull time availability including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shiftsWSET certification or similar is highly regardedVictorian RSA certificateWhy Lucas Collective?
