We have seen massive growth in the past years, and we invite you to be part of it.PURPOSEEnsure services are provided at the highest possible levelEnsure all accommodation houses and respite houses are maintainedTo ensure systems, policies and procedures are implemented and adhered toProvide strategic direction on future servicesDevelop systems for monitoring service provision and invoicingDevelop and maintain relationships with all stakeholdersKEY RESPONSIBILITIESProperty ManagementEnsure all properties under Total Support Services management are maintained to the highest standard possibleEnsure all utility services are connected or disconnected as required for propertiesMaintain contact with property agents ensuring inspections occur as scheduledEnvisage once every four to six weeks on a weekend and as instructed by the Director/or delegate, assist the "Emergency On Call Manager" as an "On Call" backup to cover shifts/shift queries.Client ServicesOversee that relationships are maintained with all relevant stakeholders including families, guardians, and other significant peopleOversee the Support Network Meeting & Team Meetings,



ensuring the schedule & documentation from these is maintainedDevelop & maintain a waiting list and make recommendations for property acquisitionEnsure Risk Assessments are undertaken for both clients and properties and strategies for minimising risk are implementedEnsure all client documentation is developed, reviewed, and updated as per schedule including Service Agreements, Support Plans, Medication Charts and Tenancy AgreementsDevelop other documentation as required to ensure adequate monitoring of all services is maintainedAssist management to identify appropriate properties to rent to meet the needs of our clientsOversee the allocation of services to clients ensuring their individual choices and needs are being metOversee the provision of services to ensure the service is meeting individual goalsOversee the development of SIL documentation, ensuring support levels are accurate to funding level and invoicing occursOversee the development of House Charters thus ensuring all clients are aware of the rules and expectations of the service and other tenantsManagement of StaffIn conjunction with the Accommodation and Respite Manager, review direct report staff position descriptions,



ensuring they are adequate to meet the needs of the servicesIdentify gaps in service provision and develop proposals for minimising the gapsProvide direct supervision to program staff ensuring they are meeting their KPl'sOversee the development of an accommodation and respite service asset register and make recommendation of disposal and repurchase of household equipmentKey ResponsibilitiesUpdating staff on clients' appointments and meetingsMaintaining communication with staff on a regular basis to ensure the team is working effectivelyLiaising with other professionals regarding clients' needs or progressCommunicating with guardians, OPA, Public Trustee, Support Coordinators etcWorking with house staff on capacity building or focus of the weeksReading shift notes and following up as requiredDebrief with support workers about incidentsSupport staff during crisis situations and non-crisis situationsSome aspects of staff performance managementUpdating client support plansWriting reports for Support CoordinatorsVisiting housesHouse inspectionsSetting up house maintenanceNew house set up / client compatibilityAsset registers for house furniture and itemsEnsure shopping lists are sent through to reception on Mondays (and Fridays if a Monday public holiday)Ensure meal plans are doneMandatory SelectionA degree in relevant disability and / or 3+ years' experience in the disability sectorCurrent SA driver's licenceNDIS worker and child-related screeningKey Selection CriteriaDemonstrated skills in management and overseeing servicesDemonstrated knowledge of organising staff and ensuring appropriate operationof servicesAbility to develop relationships with external stakeholders High quality written and oral communication skills and robust computer skillsGood working knowledge of the disability sector and serviceprovisionGood working knowledge of staff managementKnowledge of NDIS policies and procedures
