Administration Manager (Emergency Care Services)
An opportunity has become available for an Administration Manager (Emergency Care Services) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our ******-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
Lead and promote the transformation of workplace efficiencies and digital modernisation
Actively contribute to the financial management of all administration within the Division
Drive the implementation of workplace and organisational change to achieve identified outcomes
Support the successful completion of projects in a complex clinical environment
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
A relevant qualification would be well regarded
Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

About UsPeople and Operations is responsible for steering Gold Coast Hospital and Health Services (GCHHS) strategy to improve Hospital and Health service performance through its people and key support systems.
Administrative Services provide a range of administrative support across all GCHHS facilities.
This position reports to the Director of Administration Services, and will lead Administration Services within Emergency Care Services Specialities across GCHHS sites including Gold Coast University Hospital, Robina Hospital, Varsity Lakes and Southport Health Precinct by implementing unit, divisional and Health Service Strategies.
