Finance Manager | Clear Pathway to Financial Controller | Gold CoastAged Care Decisions is looking for a CA/CPA-qualified Finance Manager to take ownership of financial control, FP&A; and business intelligence as we continue to grow.
This is not a back-office or transactional accounting role — we need someone with solid operational finance capability who can lead people, fix process, and drive improvement, particularly within our credit and collections function, which is a genuine priority area for us right now.You'll lead a small team, drive the reporting and analysis that shapes executive decision-making, and get involved in the technology, automation and process-improvement work that's reshaping how our Finance function operates — including a growing focus on how AI can be applied to finance and business processes.About the roleBased onsite at our Southport office, you'll report to the General Manager, Finance and take ownership of:Financial control, compliance and management reportingLeading our AR Collections Manager and their Quality Assurance team, with a strong focus on lifting credit and collections performanceBusiness intelligence and FP&A; — budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and executive/Board reportingDriving operational improvement and innovative solutioning across finance processes — this is a genuine priority, not a side responsibilityDriving technology and automation initiatives across our platforms (Xero, HubSpot,
