Our client is seeking a dedicated and motivated Occupational Therapist Contractor to join their growing team in Grafton, NSW. This role offers the opportunity to work across NDIS, community, paediatric, and aged care services while enjoying the flexibility to manage your own schedule and caseload.
? About the RoleAs a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will:
Conduct functional capacity assessments and prepare comprehensive reports
Complete assistive technology assessments and recommendations
Deliver ongoing therapy services focused on capacity building and achieving client goals
Conduct cognitive and functional assessments
Provide occupational therapy services to children, adults, and older Australians
Deliver services across clinic, community, home, and outreach settings
Complete home modification assessments and equipment prescription recommendations
Collaborate with families, carers, support coordinators, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders
Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and NDIS-compliant reporting

? Essential RequirementsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA Registration
Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
⭐ Highly RegardedExperience working within the NDIS sector
Paediatric occupational therapy experience
Experience with functional capacity assessments, assistive technology, and home modifications
Community-based therapy experience
Aged care experience
