We are seeking an accomplished Port Manager to take ownership of a complex, business-critical 24/7 operation at Brisbane Airport.You will lead the performance, maintenance and continuous improvement of a sophisticated baggage handling system that plays a vital role in keeping the airport moving.

manufacturing or industrial environmentsProven experience leading people within a complex operational or maintenance environmentExperience managing budgets, costs, operational performance and customer outcomesA relevant trade, technical or tertiary qualification in electrical, mechanical, controls, engineering or maintenanceStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsA track record of developing teams and improving operational performanceExcellent planning, problem-solving and decision-making capabilityThe ability to remain calm, decisive and accountable under pressureThe ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)Experience leading a 24/7 operation, particularly within aviation, automated systems or critical infrastructure, will be highly regarded.The Leader We are Looking ForYou lead from the front and set explicit expectations.
