What You'll Be Doing
New Business (Primary Focus)
Proactively generate and convert recent business opportunities
Build a strong pipeline through networking, outreach, and referrals
Lead tenders, proposals, and pricing submissions
Present, pitch, and close deals confidently
Account Growth
Manage and grow key client relationships




Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Maintain high client satisfaction and retention
Stay across industry trends and competitor activity
Position Avatar Security as a preferred provider in the market
What We're Looking For
Strong track record of winning new business and hitting targets
Experience in security, facilities, or service-based industries (preferred)
Confident communicator and natural closer
