BTR Excavations are a family-owned business and are committed to long term tenure of our valued employees.The Position:We are seeking a motivated and capable Civil Project Manager to join our growing team.This role will see you delivering a range of civil infrastructure projects across Adelaide's northern region, with an initial focus on SA Water infrastructure works, including the Tea Tree Gully Sustainable Sewers Program.You will be responsible for overseeing project delivery from planning through to completion, working closely with SA Water Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.This is a hands-on role offering strong career development opportunities, suited to:An experienced Project Manager looking for stability, ownership, and long-term growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects, including SA Water worksDevelop, manage, and monitor detailed project programs, and resource plansEnsure compliance with SA Water specifications, regulatory requirements, and standardsCoordinate site operations, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective project executionMaintain strong working relationships with SA Water representatives, clients, and stakeholdersMonitor project performance,
