This role works within the Mission in Action of HammondCare to lead, motivate and empower staff to deliver high quality and individualised care to the residents in a calm, supportive and safe environment.
The role is accountable for oversight of all aspects of clinical care provision, direction and performance of the Residential home.Key RequirementsAHPRA Registration as Registered NurseExperience in aged care as a Residential Manager, ideally with Dementia experience; or proven experience in care managementDemonstrated ability to lead, manage, motivate and develop a teamCommitment to engage and align with HammondCare's Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in ActionStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skillsHigh level communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong initiative, analytical skills and problem‐solving skillsWorking knowledge of Residential Accreditation Standards is desirableBenefitsMarket leading remuneration: Salary packaging; $15,900 annually for living expenses,
