The Opportunity
n
FSP Oz Products is looking for an experienced mining professional with strong sales and relationship-building skills to represent our business nationally.
n
This is a hands-on, field-based opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, identifying new opportunities and providing practical product solutions.
n
You'll build and maintain relationships with mining customers, develop new business and represent an established Australian manufacturer across the national mining industry.
n
This is a field-based role involving extensive national travel, regular mine site visits and face-to-face customer engagement. It is not a home-based or hybrid position.
n
The successful candidate will be based in NSW or Queensland, or willing to relocate, with the flexibility to travel nationally as required.

What You'll Do
n
Manage and grow existing mining customer relationships.
n
Develop recent business opportunities across Australia.
n
Visit mine sites, customers and industry partners.
n
Understand customer requirements and recommend practical product solutions.
n




Prepare quotations, pricing and product information.
n
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
n
Monitor customer needs and industry trends.
n
Work with our internal team to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
n
What We're Looking For
n
Mining industry experience – essential.
n
Sales, account management, business development or technical customer-facing experience highly regarded.
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
n
A proactive approach to identifying and developing opportunities.
n
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
n
Good organisational and computer skills.
n
Current driver's licence.
n
Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Australia, including regular mine site visits.
n
