Your next opportunity:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Williamstown, VIC to take ownership of a key major project.Reporting to the Contracting Manager, you will be accountable for end-to-end delivery; driving strategy, performance, and outcomes across all phases of the project lifecycle.You will play a critical leadership role, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives, operational execution, and stakeholder expectations on a high-profile infrastructure project.Your day will involve:Full accountability for safety, quality, program, and financial performance of a major projectDriving delivery strategy, sequencing, and resource planning to meet programme milestonesCoordinating internal functions to achieve project outcomesManaging key client interfaces, ensuring clear communication and strong stakeholder alignmentEnsuring strict compliance with Boral's OHSEQ standards and project-specific requirementsIdentifying, managing, and mitigating project risks and opportunitiesMonitoring progress against programme with clear reporting on milestones, lookaheads, and critical risksManaging project cost control, forecasting, and commercial performance, including variations and claimsOverseeing procurement, subcontractor performance, and operational executionCoaching and developing team members to drive high performance and accountabilityWhat are we looking for?
Proven experience delivering major civil or road infrastructure projects (asphalt/surfacing highly regarded)Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project cost, risk,



and contractual obligationsWell-developed understanding of industry safety, environmental, and quality standardsTertiary qualification in Engineering or a related discipline (desirable)Highly effective communicator and stakeholder managerCapability in project planning and reporting tools (e.g. MS Project)What's on offer?
