The position has cross-hub and portfolio-wideinfluence, acting as a recognised leader in hub operations,compliance and program delivery.
It is accountable for budgets,workforce planning, contract compliance,



and the achievement ofstrategic growth and quality outcomes.The position leads and coordinates multidisciplinary teamscomprising coordinators, teachers, trainers and administrativeemployees.The emphasis of the position is on achieving streamlinedoperations, quality services, financial viability, and alignmentwith the Education Strategic Plan.To be considered for this role, you will be able todemonstrate the following key selection criteria:Degree in Education, Business, Management or related field;ANDMinimum 5 years' experience working with clients to buildsettlement, employment and/or education readiness; including atleast 2 years' experience in a leadership positionDemonstrated expertise in managing multi-site educationprogram delivery with strong knowledge of compliance andquality frameworks, and ability to identify and manageoperational riskDemonstrated strong leadership, mentoring, performancemanagement and workforce planning skills.Comprehensive understanding of adult education, CALD clientneeds, and community/industry partnerships.Demonstrated knowledge of relevant accredited curricula,and the ability to lead the development of program andcontextualised learning programsDemonstrated business development skills and ability to inbuild and maintain partnerships with communities, employers,corporate partners and industry groups to gain and expand intonew business areas.Strong business acumen with proven ability to achieveprogram KPIs, financial and quality benchmarks,
