We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager with a strong track record delivering major commercial construction projects from commencement through to completion.
This is an prospect to take a senior leadership role on a significant project, overseeing day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, safety, quality, program and project delivery.The role offers:$100M commercial construction project15-month project durationFIFO Monday-FridayAccommodation and meals providedSalary package up to $300K, depending on experienceRelocation available | Relocation support provided for the successful candidateKey Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day delivery of the project on siteManage site teams,



subcontractors and construction activitiesDrive program, quality, safety and productivityCoordinate trades, consultants and project stakeholdersManage site logistics, sequencing and construction planningIdentify and resolve construction issuesEnsure works are delivered to specification, program and budgetLead project completion, defects and handoverAbout You:Proven experience delivering commercial projects valued at $50M+Full project delivery experience from mobilisation to completionStrong subcontractor and site team management experienceSolid understanding of construction programs, safety and qualityStrong communication and leadership skillsRelevant construction qualification or trade backgroundAustralian construction experience
