Job Description
Cater Care Services is seeking a Village Manager to lead our remote mining camp in South Australia. You will assume full operational and financial ownership of the site, overseeing catering, accommodation, and contracted services on a FIFO roster from Adelaide.

You will drive commercial performance, manage site P&Ls;, labor costs, and food cost control while building a robust safety culture and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Previous remote-site hospitality leadership is essential.
