Job DescriptionDesign & Build are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a growing Melbourne-based builder with a strong reputation across the bespoke residential sector.Their primary focus is on high-end residential builds, delivering stunning architecturally designed homes and boutique apartments typically valued up to $10m.
With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and several projects already underway, they're looking to expand their team with a like-minded professional.This is a fantastic prospect to be part of a small and close-knit team that values its people.
Culture is a priority for them, and they make a deliberate effort to ensure their team is well looked after, shown in their low level of turnover.As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:Managing all on-site activities across multiple high-end residential projectsOverseeing the construction of complex, architecturally designed homesEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within budget,



and to expected quality standardsLeading site teams and coordinating trusted subcontractorsManaging documentation and reporting through the company's construction softwareLiaising closely with clients, architects, and key stakeholders to maintain strong relationshipsThe ideal candidate:Proven experience delivering multiple high end residential projects (including basements) valued at $6m+Strong technical knowledge with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutionsExcellent time management and leadership skillsConfident using construction management systems for documentation and complianceStrong communication skills, with the ability to effectively build relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and internal teamsFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B; and our clients please contact Bree Wiltshire on .
