About the role
n
As a Support Worker your role will beto assist a diverse range of clients with activities of daily living in their homes and out in the community.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Assisting clients with general domestic tasks, personal care and meal preparation.
n
Providing respite care, social support and transport services
n
Support clients to achieve their goals and make choices in partnership with other support networks.
n
Promote client choice, positive routines and activities ensuring they are meaningful to the client
n
n
About you
n
n
A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support or working towards,
n
Current and valid Driver's Licence, insured, reliable motor vehicle and smart mobile phone
n




Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation
n
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
n
Proficiency in use of technology such as smart phones, email and internet
n
