Job Description
ODd isn't your average agency. We own influence - and that didn't happen by playing it safe or hiring people who blend in.
n
We're operators, strategists, and culture-obsessed professionals connecting the world's most iconic brands with Australia's most influential creators. From talent management across five cities to a podcast network, we move quick and we move with intention.
n
If you're organised, switched on, and ready to get your foot in the door of the creator economy - this is where you start.
n
About the Role
n
We're looking for a Talent Assistant to be the engine room behind our Talent Managers. You'll support a team of Talent Managers, making sure campaigns run smoothly, deadlines are hit, and nothing falls through the cracks.
n
You're the key conduit between talent and brands - briefing creators on campaigns, managing timelines, proof-checking content, and keeping everything on track so the Talent Managers can focus on building careers and closing deals.
n
It's fast, it's varied, and it's the kind of role where you'll learn the business inside out.
n
Who You Are
n
Organised to the bone - you juggle multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat.
n
A strong communicator who's confident dealing with both talent and brand contacts.
n
Detail-oriented - you catch what others miss and nothing goes live without your sign-off.
n
Proactive and self-motivated - you don't wait to be told what to do.
n
Social media literate - you know the platforms, the trends, and how content works.
n
Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
n
Genuinely interested in the talent, influencer, and creator space.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Campaign Administration
n
Brief talent on brand campaigns, including deliverables, timelines, creative direction, and platform requirements.
n
Manage campaign delivery timelines, ensuring talent meets deadlines and content is submitted on schedule.
n
Proof-check content before it goes live - reviewing against briefs for accuracy, branding, tone, and quality.
n
Coordinate brand feedback and editing rounds between talent, brands, and Talent Managers.
n
Track jobs, deliverables, and campaign status across multiple talent portfolios.
n
Manage talent diaries, RSVPs, product deliveries, and calendar deadlines.
n
Source insights and compile reporting for Talent Managers on campaign performance and talent activity.
n
General Administration
n
Maintain and update internal databases, filing systems, and tracking tools.
n
Support team brainstorms, planning sessions, and creative meetings.
n
Assist with event coordination, logistics, and on-the-day support.
n
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the team.
n
What Success Looks Like
n
Talent and brands see you as reliable, responsive, and across everything.
n
Talent Managers trust you completely to keep things moving while they focus on the bigger picture.
n
You're known for your attention to detail - nothing gets past you.
n
You're growing your knowledge of the industry and building the foundation for a career in talent management.
n
Qualifications and Experience
n
1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role (agency, marketing, media, or events experience is a plus).
n
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Proficiency with standard office tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office) and comfort learning new systems.
n
Active interest in social media, content creation, and the influencer/creator economy.
n
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
n
We're an equal opportunity employer and we encourage applications from all backgrounds. If you need any adjustments to the recruitment process, let us know.
