About the roleHi-Tech Roofing Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Roof Plumbing Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis at our Salisbury South, South Australia location.
In this supervisory position, you will oversee roof plumbing operations, manage teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality workmanship across residential projects.
This role is pivotal to maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, supervising staff, and liaising between management and in office teams.Key responsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate roof plumbing teams on various project sites, ensuring work meets quality standards and safety requirementsProvide on-site instruction to plumbing staff regarding project specifications and safety protocolsMonitor project schedules and resource allocation to ensure timely and effective completionPerform roof plumbing installations and repairs including guttering, downpipes, flashing, and related waterproofing worksConduct site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standardsCommunicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members regarding progress, issues, and resolutionsMaintain detailed records of work completedIdentify training needs and provide mentoring to junior plumbers and apprenticesEnsure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and company policies at all timesWhat we're looking forCurrent and valid roof plumbing licence or equivalent qualification recognised in South AustraliaExperience in roof plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacityStrong knowledge of roof plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques including guttering, downpipes,
