The HWY Hotel is seeking an experienced full-time DutyManager to join our management and leadership team.
This is an exciting prospect to take ownership and help lead one of Adelaide's favourite local hospitality destinations.Featuring a lively lounge and sports bar, gaming room, quality dining offerings, function and entertainment spaces, and retail outlet, this role will suit a hands-on leader who enjoys motivating teams, driving service excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day operations of the bar and front-of-house service areasDrive exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service standards and venue presentationManage and support bar staff during busy service periods, fostering a positive and high-performing team cultureDeliver strong beverage knowledge and assist in maintaining quality product offeringsMonitor and maintain compliance with RSA, gaming, liquor licensing, and hotel policiesAssist with venue-wide operational management as required, including coordinating service across multiple departmentsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a Bar Manager, Duty Manager,
