Full time | Ongoing Position | Attractive RemunerationLocation: Dandenong Campus | Hybrid WorkingProviding educational, strategic leadership and development in the operation of vocational education and services within the Plumbing & Safety Services team.Drive the development of innovative delivery models and opportunities to enhance student outcomes and facilitate Chisholm growth and financial performanceDeliver practical solutions that drive compliance, risk reduction, and positive business outcomes.Ensure operational activities are appropriately resourced, monitored and evaluated according to the overarching operations strategy.Champion and support the implementation of Chisholm's new Strategic Plan *********ABOUT YOUYou are a proactive and results driven individual who is committed to delivering excellence.

Resilience and strategic thinking will favourably position you for success in this role.Qualifications required for the role:EssentialTertiary qualifications in management or a related business portfolio or extensive experience in a related discipline.DesirableCertificate IV In Training and Assessment TAE***** or equivalent.Diploma of Vocational Education and Training TAE***** or equivalent.An approved course of adult teacher training accredited at Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Level 6 or above.ABOUT USChisholm is one of the largest vocational training providers in the state with a team of over 1,400 dedicated staff supporting 41,000 students who choose to study at Chisholm and training at our modern campuses across Melbourne's southeast and online.
