Depending on the role, you'll be involved in:Solving complex equipment and reliability challengesSupporting commissioning and operational readiness activitiesImproving plant performance and reducing downtimeLeading root cause investigations and defect elimination initiativesDeveloping maintenance strategies and reliability plansWorking closely with operations,



maintenance and project teamsDriving continuous improvement across critical mining and energy assetsUsing data and engineering insight to influence better decisionsWe're keen to speak with people who have experience in:Fixed plant, mining, energy or heavy industry environmentsElectrical engineering, reliability or asset managementHV/LV systems, motors, drives, switchgear or control systemsRCM, RCA, FMEA/FMECA or maintenance strategy developmentSAP PM, EAM or other CMMS platformsAsset performance, reliability improvement and continuous improvement initiativesWhat makes these opportunities different?
