Join our **** vintage team as aVintage Grower Liaison Officer, where you'll play an integral part in ensuring fruit is harvested in the best possible condition and on time.This role is responsible for monitoring and assessing fruit quality and quantity in vineyards and working closely with the Grower Services Manager to support the planning and coordination of grape intake.
The position is primarily focused on the NSW Riverina region and requires strong communication and technical skills.As a Vintage Grower Liaison Officer, you'll be responsible for:Monitoring vineyard fruit quality and quantityLiaising with growers and the Grower Services ManagerSupporting the planning and timing of grape harvest and intakeProviding timely and accurate vineyard assessmentsWhat you'll need:



A full Australian driver's licence with a safe driving recordComfortable working alone and outdoors in summer heatA degree in Viticulture, Horticulture, or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail, with good handwriting and numeric abilityPhysically fit and comfortable working outdoorsAvailable for the full vintage period (January to April ****)At least 18 years old by 31 January ****What's in it for you?
